For the past 14 years, National Instruments in Austin, Texas supports a team at the Austin Statesman Capital 10K. Henry Tolstedt, Fitness Specialist, says, “Each year, we get a few more people to participate and we encourage all our runners, walkers, and non-runners to donate their old shoes! People who have been with the company for multiple years know the drill now; they’ll save their shoes for the entire year and donate them all at once.”

To date, they have donated over 1,000 pair of shoes!
