For 35 years, Ragged Mountain Running has always accepted customer’s old running and walking shoes and donated to them to various charities around town. Several years ago, the MORE Foundation Group approached us about the possibility of shipping all of our donated shoes to them, which was perfect because a) they made it so simple with their prepaid shipping boxes and b) we knew the shoes were going to a good cause and would be put to such good use. It’s been great for our customers, too — they feel good knowing that even though their shoes use may be personally ending, they still have so much left to give for someone else.
